Position: Lead Carpenter

We are looking for people to join our team at Habermehl Contracting in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Our company is focused on excellence, both in our craft and in our community.
We are a renovation company specializing in large residential additions, renovations, and custom new builds.
We are seeking experienced carpenters, skilled in both framing and finishing work. In this position, you will have immediate, full-time, stable work (year-round) at competitive wages, with the unique opportunity to grow and establish yourself in our team.
Job duties:
- Framing for additions and renovations
- Finish carpentry work
Requirements:
- 5+ years carpentry experience
- Able to work from blueprints & construction drawings
- Experiencing in leading a crew is an asset
- Red Seal or equivalent level of training is an asset but not essential
- Must have own vehicle and smaller hand/power tools; large equipment provided
